Le site est fabuleux, la vue exceptionnelle. Le fait de pouvoir avoir une paella faite à domicile. La cuisine ouverte.
La literie cheap à ce niveau de prix c'est inacceptable, pas mal de choses non fonctionnelles, la piscine à moitié abandonnée, l'insonorisation, il y a pas mal de choses à revoir pour mettre la maison à niveau (poignées de portes en mauvais état... on sent les matériaux cheap et c'est dommage). Le mobilier de la terrasse est à revoir, idem au bord de la piscine.
