The Space:

The 55 m² apartment features stylish and cozy furnishings with great attention to detail.

In the bedroom, a comfortable box-spring bed with “Premium Living” pillows and blankets ensures restful nights. USB and USB-C ports right by the bed offer added convenience. A full-length mirror is also provided.

The living area features a sleeper sofa with an additional mattress topper, so two guests can sleep comfortably here as well. Two televisions provide entertainment...



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment, including a private entrance.

There is a shared terrace (currently under construction), and two outdoor chairs are already provided in the apartment.



The Neighborhood:

The vacation rental is located right in the heart of Schwerin, with everything within easy walking distance. These include: the main train station, the Old Town and Market Square, Schwerin Castle and its gardens, Pfaffenteich and several lakes, theaters, museums, and cultural venues, as well as restaurants, cafés, and shopping options.

Schwerin is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and captivates visitors with its unique location among numerous lakes.



Getting Around:

Thanks to its central location, many attractions are within walking distance.

The main train station, as well as bus and local transit connections, are located in the immediate vicinity.

For drivers, several parking garages are available in the city center, including a parking lot at the main train station.

Nature lovers will also find plenty to enjoy: Ziegelsee and Schweriner See, both offering boat rentals, are easily accessible. Additionally, the Baltic Sea is only about an hour away.

Cyclists can explore the popular “Blaue Acht” route around the lakes.
