About this house rental
Experience the perfect balance of comfort and convenience in our brand-new, renovated basement suite. Located in the heart of South East Vancouver’s peaceful Killarney neighborhood.
The suite offers a private living room, washroom, bedroom and a kitchenette with a hot plate for cooking.
Unbeatable Location: Whether you are here for business or leisure, you are positioned in the centre of all major cities and attractions.
The space
This is a guest suite located in the basement of my home. It includes a kitchenette with a portable stovetop/hot plate. There is no oven.
As this is an older home, please note that noise does travel. I live with my husband and our baby who can sometimes be loud and noisy.

As per my amenities, I do provide a TV; however, there is no cable. You will need to login to your subscription services such as netflix or mirror through your phone to the TV.
**Please note the following**:
• The backyard is not included as part of the Airbnb rental
• Please remove shoes when entering as the floors have been both sanitized and cleaned.
• There is heating provided via furnace. However, it can only be controlled on the main floor which you do not have access to. During the colder months, the heat is always on. You are provided a ceiling fan in the living room and a portable fan.
• As this is an older home, noise does travel from the main floor to the basement. I have a baby who can sometimes be noisy. Please keep this in mind when booking.

• YVR airport- approx. 20 minute drive
• FIFA games at BC Place/Rogers Arena - approx. 22 minute drive

NO confetti, sparkles or glitter to be used on premises.
NO dying hair as the stains on the bedding, towels, walls, countertops etc will be permanent.
- No parties or events at any time
- No unregistered visitors allowed
- No pets allowed
- Strict no smoking, no vaping, no marijuana and not drugs.
- Quiet hours start at 10pm
