About this house rental

The Gîte Cathare is a mansion dating from 1780. It offers lovers of old stones an authentic stay in the greatest comfort.

Halfway between Carcassonne and Mazamet, in the heart of the Montagne Noire, you will enjoy a magnificent setting with its lakes, waterfalls, caves, hiking trails and Cathar castles.

Restaurant and grocery store are only a few steps from the cottage, for a stay combining nature, heritage and amenities.
