About this house rental
Charming, comfortable holiday cottage right on the water!
With a beautiful river directly accessible via a private dock.
A bucolic, unique, and idyllic setting.
Live in harmony with the tides.
Two terraces, each furnished with garden furniture, offer a place to relax in the sun and shelter from the wind.
Kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are available with equipment: life jackets and paddles (from April to September). Swimming is possible right in front (a fine sandy beach is also just 5 minutes away).
Beautiful living area with a direct view of the river.
Two bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.40 meters wide) and a balcony, and the other with two single beds (which can be joined to make a double bed), accommodating up to 4 people. Fiber optic Wi-Fi (ideal for working from home: works very well).
Satellite TV (French and international channels).
Reinforced outdoor electrical outlets for charging your car.
Outdoor shower (hot and cold water).
Reversible air conditioning.
Wood-burning stove.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and towel warmer.
Washing machine and condenser dryer.
Numerous shops and restaurants are a 5-minute drive away.
A nearby riding club offers equestrian training courses.
Many walks are possible in the forest surrounding the house and along the coastline (ideal for walking or cycling).
An up-to-date tourist guide provides ideas for exploring the region.
Board games are available: pool table, Mikado, card games, etc.
Well-stocked library and video library with something for everyone.
Dogs welcome! No cats allowed (the owner is unfortunately allergic).
If you're lucky, you might spot seals and dolphins just across the water.

Rentals are generally from Sunday early afternoon to Sunday at 10:00 AM, but it's also possible to rent for a few days during the week and on weekends outside of peak season (last-minute bookings).
Attractive rates for stays longer than 15 days outside of school holidays.
Monthly rentals are also available.

Holiday vouchers accepted (ANCV).
Water and electricity are extra (actual consumption is calculated).
Duvets, blankets, and pillows are provided, but linens (bed sheets, bath towels, bath mats, and kitchen towels) are not.
If you prefer not to bring your own linens, a fee of €60 will be charged for them. If the house is not left clean on your departure day, a cleaning fee of €60 will be charged.
A security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival.
