A gem for romantic getaway in a lovely town

A unique property, perched over the water of the river, in the middle of the old town. An easy walk from the train station. Access is with a code and easy. The furnishing is cool and comfortable, although a table to sit at might have been nice. The kitchen is only a microwave! So real cooking isn't possible but there are loads of options in the vicinity - the town seems to be brimming with bars and restaurants. All closed due to covid lockdown, but that won't be a problem for long, I hope. A real gem, I thoroughly recommend for one or two travellers to the area! The town is very sweet.

A table and chair to sit at would have been nice. But on the other hand, the room isn't that big and might feel cramped with too much furniture. Just be aware!

Bien situé très central, original, être sur une pile de pont n'est pas courant avec la rivière qui coule devant, bien orienté et éclairé, fenêtre vers le soleil couchant.

En contrepartie d'être à cheval sur le cours d'eau génère un peu de bruit, et les bars en dessous aussi. Mais c'est animé.

La situation sur l'Elorn est exceptionnelle. une boulangerie n'est pas loin pour le petit déjeuner. Très confortable. Prix au top!

rien, si ce n'est les écriteaux sur le parking déconseillant d'y garer sa voiture en raison du coef de marée. Les commerçants du pont ont été de bon conseil.

Tout! Situation, aménagements avec gout, facilité pour y accéder, propreté et confort. Vue imprenable sur l'eau.... Une très belle découverte et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir

Alles in allem ok. Lage mega!

Fantastische Lage. Schönes Studio über dem Fluß. Ziemlich sauber, Bett bequem. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten am Rathaus, 2-3 Gehminuten. Ohrstöpsel liegen am Bett bereit.

Auf der Brücke sind Lokale mit Live-Music. Um 22 h ging die Musik indoor weiter und war im Studio zum Wasser hin kaum störend. Den ein oder anderen Betrunken hört man dann doch und vor allem die andere Gäste. Haustür mit Code-Zugang, vor der Bargäste stehen und tanzen. Den Zugangscode kennt wahrscheinlich ganz Landerneau. Haustür schließt schlecht, so dass andere Gäste diese in der Nacht mehrmals zuschlagen. Dabei reichte es, die Tür anzudrücken und zu warten, bis die Magnetschließung wieder einsetzt. Ein Hinweisschild fehlt aber. Keine Ablagemöglickkeit im Studio für Kleidung. Abfluss im Bad war verstopft. Reinigungspersonal wusste davon, hatte aber keine Abhilfe geschaffen. Tresor verschlossen. Code zum Öffnen inkorrekt. Als ich das per Message schrieb, kam die Antwort: "Den benutzt doch eh keiner." Reinigungspersonal am Abreisetag etwas aufdringlich und schien erpicht darauf, dass ich sobald wie möglich - vor Check-Out-Zeit- das Studio verlasse. Für eine Nacht super, für länger eher nicht. Achtung: Montags ist in Landerneau alles geschlossen. ALLES. Kein Café offen für Frühstück.

Belle prestation , bien décoré , belle vue sur la rivière Elorn.

Le bruit jusqu’à 3h du matin et odeurs de cuisine venant de la brasserie en dessous censée fermer à 1h du matin !!! À fuir absolument les Vendredi et Samedi !!

Bel appartement au centre ville et original sur un pont habité.

Les equipements et la decoration sont tres bien et de qualité . Belle renovation. L'endroit sur le pont est original.

Le soir où j'étais là il faisait tres tres chaud.c'est exceptionnel j'en conviens. Ouvrir les fenêtres amene un peu de bruit. Un petit ventilateur aurait été top.

Bel appartement pour 2 nuits maximun en évitant les nuits de vendredi et samedi

la localisation la chambre spacieuse et bien équipée la salle de bain spacieuse très claire . Le coin cuisine ne peut servir que pour prendre un petit déjeuner car il n'y a qu'un micro ondes et une cafetière

la non présence d'un double vitrage aux fenêtres ( nous avons compris la présence des bouchons d'oreilles car l'appartement se trouve au dessus d'un restaurant bar qui ferme le vendredi soir et le samedi soir à 1 heure du matin . Consommateurs sur le terrasse au dessous des fenêtres parlant fort riant fort musique à fond donc impossible de dormir avant la fermeture du bar prévue à 1 heure. C'est vraiment dommage car l'appartement serait très agréable sans ce désagrément.

Außergewöhnliche Lage, Parkplatz und alles andere, was man so braucht, ganz in der Nähe. Einfacher Check-in und sehr netter Gastgeber. Mittendrin und doch nicht zu laut oder unruhig.

Uns hat alles gefallen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin kommen.

Troisième passage dans ce même studio et ce ne sera pas le dernier car bien situé par rapport aux nombreux endroits à visiter sur la pointe Finistère...excellent rapport qualité / prix !! , vue sur l'Elorn ,très jolie déco , confortable , brasserie juste à côté très bien " le Goëland " était ouverte un vendredi soir mais mieux vaut réserver ...l'ambiance et le personnel très sympas... Boulangerie /pâtisserie/sandwicherie au top à 1 mn à pied ( " Plaisirs sucrés " )
