Super clean and comfortable apartment in the heart of Landerneau.

Central location is great. The apartment is spotless, with a great shower, plenty of towels and comfy beds.

The only thing is that because it faces the street and bars are open down below, it can be a bit noisy late at night, but that’s not within the control of the owners. I still had three great nights of sleep.

This is a wonderful find in Landerneau, excellent location and spotlessly clean.

The apartment was spotless with all new amenities. The shower is brand new. The bed is super comfortable. The location is excellent, right in the center of town and a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. The check in was very easy.

The only small issue was the heating rack for the bathroom didn’t work because the remote control needed new batteries.

centrally located apartment in the heart of things

the central location. apartment is very clean and modern, and well equipped.

the apartment faces probably the busiest bar in the town. however that’s an okay price to pay for a super central location on an historical bridge. thé noise didn’t stop us from sleeping.

Really nice, modern, clean, stylish in the middle of the old bridge

The clean and spacious badroom, the firm matrasses and nice interior.

It was not really something we did not like, however, appt 5 is facing the pub area with terraces below. We got there when everything just opened after the lock down and the Tour the France was visting the town. So there was a huge party with lots of music and people in the bar and street just under our window. It was really crazy and the people were going out of their minds and were enjoying themselves! We totally understood however sleeping was very difficult. So at almost midnight the person we contacted from the bar below gave us appt 4 on the other side, facing the water and the do able noise with earplugs. And after that amazing fireworks for the TdF. So next day we could use both rooms and check out late. It was a really good solution! Thank you!

Très bon séjour

Emplacement de choix dans Landerneau mais nous n’avions pas compris qu’il donnait côté café-bars. Heureusement pour nous, ce soir-là, c’était calme. Logement très bien pensé avec équipement moderne et parfait pour une nuit.

Les joints de la salle de bain mériteraient d’être refaits.

Le lit électrique avec la tête de lit qui se relève. Très rare dans une réservation de ce type. Il y a une petite boulangerie qui fait un petit déjeuné sympa, copieux et pas chère (Les délices sucrés)

Quelques soucis à l'arrivée : Parking inondable = inquiétude pour mon véhicule Lumière trop faible pour lire au lit Vaisselle minimaliste Porte principale qui fermait mal Difficulté à utiliser la télécommande TV (dysfonctionnement) Pas de code Wifi dans la chambre (et que je n'avais pas vu en arrivant au RDC) TOTAL : rien de grave mais l'accumulation a été irritante !

Le logement est bien situé, de plus, il y a un parking à proximité. Arrivée facile, informations claires. Le logement est propre. Salle de bain spacieuse, literie confortable. Tout est très bien pour un court séjour à Landerneau.

Attendre une demi-heure devant la porte. Le propriétaire avait oublié de m'envoyer les codes et informations pour récupérer la clé et ne répondait pas à mes appels, ni à mes messages. Rue bruyante en été

La chambre est belle et confortable. C'est aussi un bel immeuble. Il est proche des commerces d'un grand parking.

Le problème principal n'est pas le fait du propriétaire. La terrasse du bar d'en face est très bruyante (discussions, rires, cris,...) et très animée. Il faut bien que les gens s'amusent et se retrouvent, mais jusqu'à une heure du matin, ça fait beaucoup quand on veut dormir. Le lendemain, ça s'est arrêté un peu plus tôt. Malgré le double vitrage, le bruit passe. Il y a bien des boules Kies fournies mais ça n'est pas forcément agréable de dormir avec. C'est vraiment dommage car le logement est bien. La lumière de la chambre est trop faible, surtout pour lire avant de dormir.

Une belle parenthèse au cœur de Landerneau

La localisation est exceptionnelle au cœur de la ville, sur le pont habité. Tous les commerces sont à proximité directe, très pratique. Les attentions au sein du logement sont très appréciables, il est bien équipé.

Situé au-dessus d'un commerce ce qui peut exposer à quelques nuisances sonores mais très raisonnables.

Nous n'avons pas pu ouvrir les fenêtres et nous avons appris le lendemain qu'il fallait forcer... Le bruit dans les restaurants en bas des appartements a duré une bonne partie de la nuit

Se dépayser agréablement sans aller au bout du monde.

Les alentours de l'hôtel sont magnifiques, l'hôtel est très confortable et très propre. Le personnel aimable est très sympathique et professionnel. Un séjour très agréable à recommander.
