You will have complete and private access to the entire single level house during your stay. This includes your own private entrance for easy arrival and departure. Inside, you have full use of the cozy bedroom, the clean full bathroom, and the fully equipped kitchen featuring all necessary cookware and appliances. Outside, you are welcome to relax in your own private backyard and enjoy the patio, which is a perfect spot for your morning coffee. Additionally, you have convenient access to a private garage for secure parking throughout your visit.

For those traveling for medical reasons or visiting family, you are also within a 15 minute drive of the Northeast Georgia Medical Center Hospital. Whether you are looking for a relaxing getaway or a practical base for your stay, this neighborhood offers the perfect balance of serenity and accessibility to essential services and city attractions.



Getting Around:

Getting around Gainesville is most convenient by car, and we provide you with the ease of a private garage for secure parking throughout your stay. While the area is best explored by vehicle, you are ideally situated just a fifteen minute drive from the vibrant downtown area and the Northeast Georgia Medical Center. For those flying into the region, Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport is approximately a seventy five to ninety minute drive from our location depending on traffic conditions.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that check in begins at 3:00 PM and check out must be completed by 10:00 AM. We kindly ask that you respect our house rules which include no smoking and no pets allowed on the premises. While we are currently experiencing some light construction next door, it is expected to be completed by the end of September 2024 and should not significantly disrupt your stay. You will have access to a private garage for secure parking throughout your visit.
