Lounge, with 1 ample sofa bed, dining table and 6 chairs, flat screen LED television, air conditioning unit for cooling and heating, windows over looking the patio and breathtaking sea views.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, sauce pans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units and window overlooking the patio with stunning sea views.
SLEEPING
The sleeping arrangements provided is two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, another with two single beds and a sofa bed in the lounge for two extra sleeps with of course again with fantastic sea views.
ENTERTAINMENT
The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LED television which receives several english TV channels and Internet Access WiFi (free).
BATHROOM
The two bathrooms have walk in overhead showers, wc, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hairdryer sockets, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.
BEDROOM
The bedrooms have queen and single beds, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror over, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror, air conditioning unit in one bedroom for cooling and heating and a security safe.

Tourist TAX - We hereby inform you that the Albufeira City Council is charging the Municipal Tourist Tax of €2/Sleep, per night per stay up to a maximum of 7 nights for guests aged 13 and over. The Municipal Tourist Tax is due upon check-in in a single instalment and the Municipality of Albufeira will issue the invoice respectively. (The Tourist TAX is NOT part of the booking).
