Private: garden flowers and trees, swimming pool angular (4 x 9 m, depth 90 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine. Shop, grocery 750 m, supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 1.3 km, restaurant 140 m, bar 15 m, bakery 600 m, café 190 m, bus stop 400 m, sandy beach "Praia da Oura" 750 m.
