Cosima is a spacious, updated two bedroom Guest House, only a minute drive or a short walk to Fairfield’s restaurants, shops & downtown charm.
Thoughtfully appointed & comfortable, Cosima Guest house is perfect for a weekend getaway or longer stay.
Cosima is the newest addition to our collection, Araminta in Newport, RI and The Benjamin on Franklin in Westport, CT. The Pros:
Spotlessly maintained
High-quality linens and bedding
Well-equipped kitchen for easy, casual meals
Central air
Large primary bedroom and generously sized second bedroom
Updated full bathroom
Ample on-site parking
Close to everything that Fairfield has to offer

The Cons:
(All properties have them but we like to be transparent)
This is the lower unit of a two-family home with a separate apartment upstairs, so occasional everyday household sounds may be heard.
The home is also located between the Metro-North train line and I-95, so you may hear occasional travel sounds.
Laundry room is shared with one other unit.
Cosima is on a road off of the Post Road with a mix of residential, commercial, and light industrial properties. Inside, the apartment is clean, comfortable, and a relaxing place to unwind.
No animals or smoking. Please do not ask.
Note: The bedrooms and living room photos have been virtually staged as we await the delivery of the almost identical furniture on June 30. New professional photos will be taken of the whole unit with the actual furniture and will be uploaded so check back again!
