Nice apartment and great location with coffee shops, restaurants and stores. Close to Fairfield U which was great for us. Good communication and very responsive.

This property was very clean and spacious with many closets for storage. The beds were comfortable and there are separate heat pump units in each of the bedrooms and the main living area. There are many restaurants close by.It's on the third floor so there are 2 flights of stairs to climb.

It’s a busy area but great location in proximity to Fairfield University, beach areas and the town of Fairfield. And the black rock neighborhood has some great restaurant options within walking distance. The apartment was updated, clean and spacious.
