Visit the historic Jægerspris Castle with its extensive grounds, explore Nordskov on walking or cycling tours, or relax on the shores of Roskilde Fjord and Isefjord. Nature lovers can discover the countryside around Skuldelev Ås, whilst the Viking Ship Museum and Roskilde Cathedral offer fascinating insights into Denmark’s history and cultural heritage. A small car ferry operates from the harbour in Kulhuse, allowing you to reach the lively harbour town of Hundested quickly and easily – whether by bike or by car.
