Unique house near ancient North Forest

Between Isefjord to the west and Roskilde Fjord to the east lies scenic Kulhuse. Here, on a lush, green plot, you'll find a beautiful, modern wooden house with its simple lines and elegant expression. The house is spacious with room for generations to gather. The interior is cozy and you'll quickly feel at home.

Inside, you'll find a large and bright space with a connected living room and kitchen. With high ceilings and large windows, you'll be embraced by nature all around. Up under the ceiling is a loft with plenty of light from the skylights during the day. At night, you can lie down on one of the box spring mattresses, snuggle under the duvet and watch the stars sparkle in the night sky above you. The sofa in the living room is filled with cushions and is a great place to lounge.

Surrounded by trees and flowering shrubs, the garden offers space to play and relax. By one of the terraces, you'll find a lovely lounge furniture. Here you can lie back and enjoy the birdsong or the sound of the insects buzzing around the insect hotels. There's also an exciting tree house in the garden. Here, children can climb the ladder, hide in the treetops and play adventurous games. On the other side of the house, you'll find another terrace. Here you can grill and enjoy your evening meal in complete privacy.

You can easily take a walk to the water. Close to the house is the beach on the Isefjord, where it is safe for children to swim in the calm water. It's lovely here at any time of year. Go for a swim in the summer or take a walk along the water in the winter. Return to the house with cold, red noses for a hot cup of cocoa in front of the stove. In autumn, the Nordskoven forest with its old oak trees is breathtaking in its golden colors and at this time of year you can pick mushrooms and gather berries. There is also a mushroom drying machine in the house. If you want to go a little further afield, we recommend driving to Jægerspris Castle and taking a stroll in the castle park between the Wiedewelt memorial pillars with a Hansen ice cream in hand from the blue ice house.
