Large windows frame views of the surrounding gardens and coastal landscape, while multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces invite guests to relax and unwind.
The main farmhouse includes five bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably accommodating larger families and groups. Altogether, the property can host up to 14 guests, making it ideal for family reunions, retreats, workshops, and small gatherings.
For additional space and accommodations, guests can also search for “Roseman Creek Ranch,” which will include access to the nearby Cob House and additional property features depending on availability and booking arrangements.
Outside, guests are welcome to explore the orchards, flower gardens, and surrounding acreage while enjoying the peaceful sounds of nature and the ocean below. Multiple outdoor seating areas provide the perfect setting for morning coffee, shared meals, stargazing, or quiet afternoons surrounded by coastal beauty. Seasonal fire pit use may also be available depending on weather conditions.
This is a fully off-grid, solar-powered property designed for guests who appreciate sustainability and a slower pace of living. High-speed WiFi is available, but guests are encouraged to be mindful of electricity and water usage. Generator backup supports the home when needed, and the fresh well water is tested annually. The experience is intentionally grounded in simplicity, nature, and thoughtful living rather than excess or luxury.
