About this farm stay rental
The Space:
Welcome to your little slice of paradise in the valley. This beautifully renovated 100-acre farm was purchased in 2025 and thoughtfully updated by a family-owned local business to create a relaxing countryside escape that guests can truly enjoy.
The property is secluded and surrounded by nature, horse pastures, a pond, walking trails, and rolling farmland. You’ll be less than a couple miles from the Heritage Rail Trail and within driving distance of Hershey, Lancaster, Gettysburg, Harrisburg, and Baltimore.
Inside, the home offers plenty of space for families and groups, with three spacious king bedrooms, a bunk room, and a full-size pull-out sofa bed in the upstairs living room/library. There are two primary suites with attached bathrooms — one on the first floor and one upstairs with a clawfoot tub. The upstairs primary suite also has a screened-in porch overlooking the horse pasture, perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink.
The fully stocked kitchen includes cookware, appliances, utensils, and the basics you need for easy meals during your stay. The home also includes cozy gathering spaces, a game area with ping pong and darts, and lots of room to relax after a day outdoors.
Outside, guests can enjoy the 7-person VitaSpa hot tub with jets, fountains, and lights, a firepit with Adirondack chairs overlooking the pond, and catch-and-release fishing. The health spa area includes a sauna, cold plunge, and gym for guests who want to refresh, recharge, or keep up with their routine while away.
The farm is also family-friendly, with a Pack ’n Play, high chair, kid fishing rods, and plenty of space to explore. Whether you’re visiting for a family trip, birthday, anniversary, quiet getaway, or outdoor adventure, this farmstay is designed to help you slow down and make memories.
Please note that this is a working horse farm. A Farm hand lives on the property, and horse owners may occasionally be on site to care for, groom, or ride their horses. The barn is not available for guest use, and these areas are separate from the VRBO guest space. Exterior cameras are located on the property, including a Ring camera at the front entrance. These are used for safety, insurance purposes, and to help us know when guests arrive and check out. Cameras are exterior only and do not monitor any private guest spaces.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and property, including the pond, outdoor areas, hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, gym, game area, and firepit.
Self check-in is easy with keyless entry, and a unique access code will be sent before your stay.
Please note: there is a tenant in part of the barn. They have their own parking area and do not have access to the home or guest amenities.
Things to Note:
Pets are welcome for an additional fee and must be leashed outside at all times due to the horses on the property.
Fishing in the pond is catch and release only. No swimming is permitted.
Use of the hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, and gym is at your own risk. Guests who are pregnant or have medical conditions should consult a physician before use.
Please do not feed the horses or enter the fenced pasture areas. The horses are cared for by a professional boarder and are on a strict diet.
The indoor fireplace is decorative only and may not be used for fires due to insurance requirements.

While there are lots of great amenities on this property, please remember that the use of these amenities are at your own risk. If you are pregnant or have medical conditions, please seek physicians approval prior to using them. Children are welcome on the property, but many of our amenities are not suited for them. Please use parental supervision around the pond, hot tub, gym, cold plunge, sauna, and fire pit.
Our on-site Farm hand is the only person who should be feeding our horses. They are on a strict diet and can become very ill, if not die, due to any diet outside of what she is providing. Please do not feed them.
