Newly opened in July 2020, 86 m² vacation apartment offers a breathtaking view of the Breitenberg, the Falkenstein, and all the way to the Zugspitze, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing stay in the Allgäu. The stylish bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed, a large wardrobe with a hotel safe, and an additional sleeping option available upon request. In the spacious living room, a comfortable leather couch, a smart TV, and a cozy atmosphere invite you to relax. From the balcony with sun loungers, guests can enjoy a magnificent mountain view—ideal for breakfast or quiet evenings. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, fully automatic coffee machine, as well as high-quality dishes and numerous kitchen utensils. The bathroom features a bathtub, separate shower, makeup mirror, hair dryer, plush towels, and bathrobes. The amenities are rounded out by high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer-dryer, a Bluetooth soundbar, balcony access from several rooms, an ironing board and iron, as well as extensive information about the region. This non-smoking apartment combines modern comfort with high-quality amenities, creating the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation amidst the Allgäu mountains.
On-site fees: A prepayment of €100.00 will be charged after booking. The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer one month before arrival.Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is due by 9:30 AM. Other check-in and check-out times may be arranged upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. An extra bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee. This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of €2.40 per person per night will be charged separately on site. Not included in the price: An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for excessive soiling.
Check-in is available from 3:00 to 19:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 09:30.
