Charming family apartment with 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor in the 16th arrondissement. Perfect for families with children. Sleeps 5 guests.

## Logement
The apartment is decorated with care and is very cool in summer, so it's nice to live there!
It is also accessible for people with reduced mobility, as there are no stairs, everything is on the same level. Very well appointed, it includes:
a bedroom with a very large parental bed (200x190); a bedroom with bunkbeds (90x190) and a bedroom with a single bed (90x190); a bathroom; a well-equipped kitchen; and a beautiful living room area.
In addition, you will be able to take advantage of the beautiful GARDEN/Terrace with trees and furniture with a large table to have your meals or aperitifs quietly!
In order to make your stay comfortable, you will have at your disposal: Wi-Fi, television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Heating, Bed linen, Towel, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
Cleaning is done before and after each vacation.
