EV Apartment’s Villa Olinda property is located in beautiful Bogazkent. Villa Olinda is a triplex villa with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The Villa also has a lovely spacious garden area in addition to an amazing balcony where guests can enjoy the amazing Bogazkent weather. The open layout of the kitchen is perfect for family gatherings and entertaining guests. Visitors who enjoy preparing their own food will be delighted with the fully stocked kitchen.
The indoor area of the villa is 160m2 and the garden is 250m2. High quality furniture and fittings are provided throughout the property rooms. The ground floor of the Villa Olinda features a spacious living room leading into a 15m2 veranda. From the veranda guests can easily access the grass covered garden. The aforementioned kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge/ freezer and everything else necessary for dining in. The living room is equipped with a HD TV with satellite receiver offering many international and local channels. In addition, in the living room there is a fireplace heating system, which guests can enjoy it during the winter season.
First Floor
The first floor of the Villa features two bedrooms. All bedrooms possess ample storage space. The bedrooms share a large bathroom complete with a shower.
Second floor
The second floor has a one spacious studio with a kitchenette, TV area and a lovely balcony, where you can enjoy the view while having your breakfast or tea time. On this floor you have another bed room and a bathroom with a shower.
We are offering access to a shared pool -distance to property is within 30m.
The pool is shared with 3 other villas and 3 apartments.
