It's a very spacious apartment. All the furniture and appliances are in a very good condition. Big balcony with a mountain view. Very clean and very well equipped. Pretty cool in June, even without air conditioning. Note, that there is only one AC in the kitchen but it's very powerful. It was ok for us.
As for downside I would mention a cluttered hallway in the common space area. The apt is located in the countyside so there are dogs barking all night long. And there is a mosque right in the next building, very loud at night. If you are a heavy sleeper the apt would be perfect for you. In general the apartment is very good.

Большие апартаменты.
Грязно. Очень грязные и заляпанные окна. Диван в пятнах. Следы на кровати.
