It's a very spacious apartment. All the furniture and appliances are in a very good condition. Big balcony with a mountain view. Very clean and very well equipped. Pretty cool in June, even without air conditioning. Note, that there is only one AC in the kitchen but it's very powerful. It was ok for us.
As for downside I would mention a cluttered hallway in the common space area. The apt is located in the countyside so there are dogs barking all night long. And there is a mosque right in the next building, very loud at night. If you are a heavy sleeper the apt would be perfect for you.
In general the apartment is very good.

Большая просторная квартира, большая трасса, всё чисто.
Потолок требует ремонта, беда с электрикой (лампочки ночью светятся, приходится выкручивать), не хватает посуды для приготовления пищи (была с собой, поэтому не принципиально).

A good option for auto travelers, the price is not high, and is located near Kas. Quiet cozy place.
When we arrived, only two rooms were available to us. We had to sleep in the same bed. And it seems to me that the bed linen was not changed or it was not washed enough. We settled in the winter, maybe in the season everything is much better here.
