Stylish three-Level End-Terrace Townhouse with front line Golf Views – La Torre Golf Resort
Situated on one of the most sought-after streets within the prestigious La Torre Golf Resort, this beautifully upgraded 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse offers an exceptional combination of location, orientation, and quality. This highly desirable 3-level, end-of-terrace property enjoys a south-west facing orientation (lovely sunsets!) with open views across the Jack Nicklaus–designed golf course, making it ideal for enjoying afternoon sun and unforgettable sunsets.
The accommodation is equipped with: private garden, garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pools, on site parking, TV/Satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French). The bedrooms are configured with 2 twin rooms, with the singles able to be put together to make a superking (heavy bases do not move around)
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
With 16 communal pools and plenty of restaurants, this resort is perfect for everyone!
The resort itself is a thriving golf and holiday resort with good facilities including bars, restaurants, supermarket, children’s play areas, tennis and padel courts, and has 24/7 patrolled security providing a safe and relaxed environment for the whole family.
