About this chalet rental
Outstanding 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom frontline townhouse with stunning views over the 14th fairway on the 5* La Torre Golf Resort.
The property has been completely renovated and furnished to a very high standard, including an extended, modern kitchen with fully integrated dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer, as well as an induction hob and microwave.
Each bedroom has its own en suite and there is hot and cold air conditioning throughout the property as well as central heating. The upstairs bedroom contains a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a double bed.
Located on the quiet Calle Chanquete – one of the best locations on the resort - the large, wrap-around terrace provides sun from dawn ‘til dusk, with an overall westerly orientation, to enjoy big skies and great sunsets. Downstairs provides a covered veranda to enjoy a break from the sunshine.
There are 16 swimming pools on the resort, plus additional childrens’ pools, and one of the largest pools is just a 5 minute walk from the property. Next to the pool are tennis courts and table tennis tables.
The town centre, with its restaurants, bars, club house and supermarket is a 20 minute stroll away.
The nearby Mar Menor salt water lagoon and Mediterranean coast provide ample opportunities for watersports and cycling so you can be as energetic or chilled as you wish!
The historic cities of Cartagena and Murcia are also worth a visit, with trains from the nearby town of Balsicas.
The townhouse is ideal for golfers and those happy to watch from the comfort of the terrace. It also makes a great base for a family holiday.

Casa Marissa is a great townhouse overlooking the 14th fairway. The house is very well equipped and modernised throughout. The best townhouse we’ve booked at La Torre and would definitely rebook in the future.
It would be even better with more cutlery and a storage space to put the terrace cushions overnight to stop them getting wet/damp.

This is the second time we have stayed at La Torre but the first time in Casa Marissa! We really enjoyed our stay. Accommodation was clean and well presented throughout. We loved the townhouse, especially the terrace with its wonderful views across the golf course. Location was perfect for the pool and we enjoyed strolls up to the centre. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

The location on the golf course offered great views and the best sunset. The standard of finishes internally was really lovely.
Maintenance. We could not use the downstairs WC as there was no working extractor, which was really annoying as I am recovering from a knee issue and had to struggle up the stairs everytime I needed to use the bathroom or WC. The kitchen light had fallen out from the ceiling. Both were reported several times but never fixed.
