Our Mirage cottage offers you a 35m2 cottage. Located in the countryside while being close to the city center on foot (1km) with shops, ideally located at the gates of the Vendée, 20 minutes from the Puy du Fou, 1h15 from the Vendée beaches, 45 minutes from the Marais Poitevin, 1h30 from Futuroscope, 1 hour from Nantes and 15 minutes from Pescalis. You will be charmed by this place and the tranquility with a wooded park and games for children 5 minutes walk
Including a bedroom with a 140 bed, a bedroom with a 160 bed with direct access to the shower room. A separate toilet. A dining area with a table and 4 chairs, a fully equipped kitchen (hob, senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, oven, washing machine)
Towels provided, beds made on arrival. A terrace with garden furniture and a gas plancha.
A beautiful aquatic area with a 40m2 covered and heated swimming pool (pool not accessible December, January and February) open from 10am to 7pm.
The courtyard is under video surveillance as well as the entrance to the swimming pool. Children must be accompanied by parents to access the pool.
An artificial lawn with deckchairs outside. A bowling green is available.
Our cottages are non-smoking, we do not accept animals or parties. We ask our guests to respect the place and the neighborhood. This means that after 10:30 p.m. we ask to respect the calm.
