With approximately 91 m² of living space, up to 4 people can stay comfortably. The bright living and dining area with an open kitchen is ideal for shared meals, relaxing evenings, and extended stays. Two bedrooms, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer, as well as bed linens and towels are provided.

A special perk is the underground parking space. From there, you can easily take the elevator up to the 3rd floor.

Bakeries, cafes, restaurants, and shopping options are located right in the neighborhood. The Barth harbor is only about 300 m away. From there, seasonal boats depart for Zingst, through the Bodden landscape, and—during peak season—also toward Hiddensee.
