The non-smoking holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor, about 1 km from the Bodden. It has a living room (upholstered furniture, satellite TV, radio), 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds), an open country kitchen (electric cooker with oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave) and a bathroom with shower/WC and central heating. Also available: free W-LAN, an outdoor seating and barbecue area and a washing machine. A cot, high chair and playpen can be provided for small children. Car park directly in front of the property. Final cleaning is included in the total price. Payment on site: energy and water according to consumption. Bed linen can be rented. The apartment cannot be heated from 1 June to 15 September. The "Vineta-Stadt" Barth is a state-recognised resort on the Bodden of the same name near the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula. The Baltic seaside resort of Zingst is approx. 10 km away. The town has a historic town centre with restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. Nearby is the harbour with boat hire and passenger boat trips to the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula, the island of Hiddensee and crane watching. The River Barthe, which flows into the Bodden on the outskirts of the town, offers good fishing opportunities. The well-developed network of cycle paths enables extensive cycle tours through the entire region.
