Inside you’ll find a king-size bed (180×200 cm), private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchenette with Nespresso machine, kettle, stove, microwave, mini fridge with freezer, dishwasher, and DAIKIN A/C.
Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, a 50” Samsung QLED Smart TV, blackout shades, and hotel-style slippers.
Perfect for couples seeking a peaceful, design-forward stay — literally next door to the other Old Shops studios, offering privacy and proximity in equal measure.
Guests enjoy full private access to the entire apartment with a street-facing entrance.
Check-in is contactless via smart lock — your unique code is sent automatically around noon on the day of arrival after completing the online registration form.
Check-in and check-out are fully self-service.

From the airport: take the S7 train to Wien Mitte, then transfer to U4 to Kettenbrückengasse and walk 5 min to Kleine Neugasse.
From Hauptbahnhof: take U1 (direction Leopoldau) to Taubstummengasse then walk about 6 min.
In the Wieden district trams 1 & 62 and bus 13A offer excellent local connections. 
Before arrival, guests are required to complete a short online registration form via our secure partner ChekIn, as required by local law in Vienna.
Please note that the apartment does not include a washer or dryer, but two self-service laundromats are located just a few minutes’ walk away — Waschtreff (600 m) and Green & Clean (800 m).
The code is valid from the official check-in time until 30 minutes after check-out, and ensures a fully contactless and smooth arrival.
Please make sure the apartment door is firmly closed when leaving and that the safe is left open upon check-out. If the safe is left closed/locked upon departure a penalty of 50Euro will be imposed.
You don’t need to take out the trash — our cleaning team will handle that after your stay, but you’re welcome to use the garbage area during your visit if needed (instructions provided after booking).
