Guests have access to the apartment as well as the building's amenities, which include parking, pool, and private beach access.



Although I won't be available in person, I'm accessible by phone every day from 9am to midnight. If an emergency arises, guests can contact me to dispatch a worker to address the problem.



Lake Havasu is a large reservoir located on the Colorado River in Mohave County, Arizona. It was created in 1938 by the construction of the Parker Dam. It is a popular destination for water sports, fishing, and camping. It is known for its clear blue waters, stunning views of the surrounding desert, and stunning sunsets. The lake is home to several species of fish, including largemouth bass, striped bass, and catfish. It is also a great destination for bird watching, as over 400 species of birds have been recorded in the area. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the desert.

The complex has a few spots to park your boat, but it’s first come, first serve.



Around the building, there are lots where you can park overnight

During the day, you can have your boat parked in the water right in front of the building.



In addition, London Bridge Resort has slips within walking distance. You'll need to reach out to them for availability. An extensive marina on the island has slips, but you must drive to that.
