Welcome to T'y Braz, an 80 m² vacation home nestled just 800 meters from the ocean, in Bretignolles-sur-Mer in Vendée. Designed for families and groups of friends (up to 6 people), it combines modern comfort, seaside atmosphere and generous outdoor space: shaded terrace, enclosed garden with life-size mural, pétanque court and storage area for your surfboards, bikes or toys. The ideal starting point to explore the entire Côte de Lumière.

From the entrance, you'll find a vast living space flooded with light: a warm living room with television for your movie nights, extended by a dining table for 6 guests. The open kitchen, fully equipped (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster...), allows you to prepare your meals with ease.

-The Master Bedroom: large double bed (160x200), desk area to work in peace and fan.

-The Blue Bedroom: two single beds (90x200), perfect for children or friends.

-The Orange Bedroom: two single beds (80x200) and fan.



A modern bathroom (spacious shower, double sink, washing machine) and separate toilet complete the sleeping area.

A large furnished terrace (dining table, garden furniture) opens onto a fully enclosed garden, landscaped with white pebbles, equipped with deck chairs and two umbrellas to protect you from the sun. Atmosphere guaranteed with the pétanque court for impromptu games with family or friends.



Facing the terrace, a life-size mural fresco depicting the beach, a boat and seagulls creates a unique and intimate postcard-like setting.



On the practical side: a small storage room is at your disposal to shelter your surfboards, bikes or toys, and you can park up to 2 vehicles safely inside the property, just after the entrance gate.
