Located on the first floor of a charming stone-and-stucco building, you'll enjoy a private entrance through a peaceful courtyard and spacious west-facing porch with beautiful mountain views.



Just steps from the Arkansas River, you'll be within easy walking distance of the South Main whitewater park, kayak play hole, riverside trails, restaurants, coffee shops, and local events. Whether you're here to raft, kayak, mountain bike, hike, fish, ski, or simply relax and enjoy the scenery, you'll be perfectly positioned to experience the best of Buena Vista.



Inside, you'll find a bright and spacious living area, a fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable accommodations for up to four guests. The private bedroom features a queen bed, while the living room includes a full-size sleeper sofa, making it ideal for couples, small families, or adventure partners.

Our apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of Buena Vista, allowing you to reach local shops, restaurants, and attractions within easy walking distance. For those arriving by car, we offer convenient free street parking right outside. Please note that the nearest major airport, Denver International Airport, is approximately a two and a half hour drive from our location. We recommend having a vehicle to fully explore the beautiful surrounding mountains and outdoor recreation areas.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: Like many homes in Buena Vista and other Colorado mountain towns, this home does not have air conditioning. However, temperatures in the mountains cool significantly in the evenings. Simply open a few windows and turn on fans to quickly cool the space and enjoy the fresh mountain air.



This home is not pet-friendly. Medical service animals are of course welcome, please let us know if you require that companion during your stay.
