We really liked the location of the house being walking distance from a playground for our kids. And we could also walk to the restaurants on Main Street. The house is very kid friendly with lots of toys and books. Well stocked kitchen. Very nice backyard. We didn’t have any issues at all.

This house was perfect for myself and my 2 kids. It is just a block away from a park and small pond, plus very close to downtown. My kids and I rode our bikes all around Main St which was awesome. The neighborhood is very quiet and feels safe. I also loved cooking meals in the kitchen. It's stocked with basic cooking necessities and had plenty of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. There's even a propane grill in the backyard you can use!

This is a very cute house, close to Main Street. Walking distance to stores, restaurants, parks. Nice private backyard, with patio, seating area for dining, hammock (cover for hammock was shredded). There is a step up/down from kitchen to LR, which was mentioned in property description. There were a few issues with our stay. We were notified 24 hours before our arrival that the dryer was broken, and would not be fixed until the last days of our rental. The owner mentioned a nearby laundromat. This was a major inconvenience, and having a washer/dryer is on the top of our list for reasons to rent a house, not a hotel room. I requested some kind of compensation for this, and Evolve offered a slight credit, but this was only after I asked. We turned the oven on first night there, and big smells. Looked inside, and there was “stuff” that had dripped and baked onto bottom of oven, and oven had not been cleaned. We couldn’t use the oven again. We also picked a 13x9 pan out of the cabinet to use, and it should have been tossed ages ago. When we turned down the sheets on one bed on first night, there was a stain on the fitted, bottom sheet, that appeared to be dried blood. There was not a second set of sheets in the house for the bed. Not that we could find. And, the sheets were very thin and worn. Again, I will say very cute house, convenient location, but more attention has to be given to details. The cleaning person should have checked the oven, and should have seen the blood stain on the sheets. Sheets need to be replaced. The contact person was very nice to work with, great with communication.
