The space
Welcome to Brickell Social. The space is warm, modern, and thoughtfully designed to feel elevated and comfortable. It features a king bed with hotel-quality linens, a pull-out queen sofa for additional sleeping, floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in beautiful natural light, and a clean, spa-like bathroom. There is also a private balcony, perfect for stepping outside to get fresh air or enjoy a quiet moment.
High-speed Wi-Fi makes it ideal for remote work or business travel, and two 75-inch TVs with cable and the ability to log into your favorite streaming services, paired with an LG soundbar, provide a premium entertainment experience.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop and a built-in compact oven (smaller than a traditional oven), along with both a Nespresso coffee maker and a standard drip coffee maker for your convenience, as well as all the essential cookware, utensils, and small appliances needed for everyday cooking.
The condo also includes a 2-in-1 washer and dryer, allowing you to wash and dry in one machine. Please note this is a ventless system, so drying times are longer than traditional dryers and best suited for light, everyday clothing. A Cirrus 3 handheld steamer, along with a traditional iron and ironing board, are provided as well, along with extra towels and linens for your stay.
You’ll also enjoy purified water throughout the residence thanks to an advanced UV filtration system, and the building is designed with energy-efficient, environmentally conscious features to support a more elevated and sustainable living experience.

Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, Publix, CVS, and Walgreens are all just minutes away. You’re also surrounded by some of Miami’s best restaurants and nightlife, including Komodo, Sexy Fish, LPM, Dirty French Steakhouse, Casa Tua Cucina, Cipriani, Coyo Taco, and Rosa Sky.
Biscayne Bay, Brickell Key, the Underline walking trail, and public transit options like the Metrorail and Metromover are all nearby, making it easy to explore the city without needing a car. Miami Beach, Key Biscayne, and other iconic waterfront destinations are just a short drive away. The Port of Miami cruise terminals are just 5–10 minutes away, making this an ideal stay before or after your cruise.
For added convenience, valet parking is available through the building for $49 per day, and free street parking may be available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis.
Guest access:
Guest access is seamless and fully keyless for a smooth arrival experience. You will receive a secure code prior to check in for both the building entry and the unit, allowing you to come and go with ease throughout your stay.
Valet parking is available onsite for your convenience. Please note valet is operated by the building and the cost is $49/day. EV charging is available through Valet and is $10 flat rate which includes 4 hours of charging.
You will have full access to the unit as well as the building’s amenities, including the rooftop pool, lounge areas, and fitness center. Gym is open 24/7. Steam room will be open 7am to 7pm. Rooftop pool is always open, but usage of the pool is only from dawn to dusk.
