The condo’s pool, hot tub, barbecue, two tennis and pickleball courts, and beautifully manicured green lawns and walking paths are shared with the other guests and residents in the complex.
Your hosts live right around the corner, and easily reached through messaging, and directly by phone or text should you need anything.
Convenient Location!
Just across the street from a well-stocked grocery store with hot deli and pharmacy. Around the corner find a wide variety of cafés, bakeries, casual and fine dining, and bike rental. Nearby popular vortex Bell Rock offers easy access and an easy climb halfway up, and among the many hiking trails encircling it are designated biking trails. For a shady hike, and popular swimming holes, follow the nearby trails along Oak Creek to Cathedral Rock. Parking pass for most of the trailheads is provided.
Nearby archeology includes the V-Bar-V Heritage Site with a 2000-year-old Sinegua solar calendar and 1000 Petroglyphs on a vertical Rock wall, and and a little further along find a cliff dwelling along a natural spring cenote.
Past Bell Rock, along 179, stop by the mid century modern chapel hanging on a rock cliff, and Tlaquepaque. While it looks architecturally like an historic Mexican village, it houses small art galleries, eclectic shops, and cafés.
From there find New Age shops, Whole Foods with the Merlin statue, Safeway, jeep tours, Slide Rock and more.
Or head in the opposite direction to nearby Cornville’s Page Spring Road, lined with Wineries and wine tasting rooms, and grape fields.
Best to have your own vehicle for getting around Sedona, it’s spread out among the red rock formations. From the condo, you can walk to the grocery store across the street, and several cafes and the local pub. Shuttles are available to the popular cluster of local wineries on Page Spring Road in nearby Cornville.

+ Leave the remotes for all three TVs visible on the nightstand or sofa table, so cleaning crew does not have to search for them.
+ Countertops in kitchen and bathroom vanities can be damaged by high heat. Use the trivets provided in the kitchen and dining room counters for cooking vessels when hot, and the trays provided on both vanities for hair styling tools when hot.
+ Do not use: live candles, loose glitter, or tape decorations to walls or furniture as this may necessitate excess cleaning fees for repairs.
+ Do not leave stains on linens or towels with permanent or temporary hair dye applications, make-up or excessively oily or bleaching lotions. Gray wash rags provided for make-up removal.
+ Take only colorful beach towels stored in closet outside to pool, hot tub, swimming holes along Oak Creek, or Slide Rock.
+ Do not run heat or AC with doors or windows open.
+ Windows in East bedroom and Dining room do not open. Do not attemp to open as you risk breaking them.
+ Turn off TV& lights when out for the day.
+ Be sure doors are locked when not in the unit. Blue check both indicates upon opening that front door is ready to open, or upon closing that door is successfully locked. Test the lock to make sure. Security sticks provided for the sliding glass doors, place in the bottom rails to lock, and remove to open.
+ Do not use live candles, glitter, or tape decorations to walls. Candle wax is impossible to clean up, glitter to completely vacuum up, and removal of tape can damage and chip paint off walls. Ask for push pins for decorations for celebrations.
