From the entrance, the charm takes effect. You will discover a large open kitchen fully equipped with everything you need (oven, stove, utensils) to cook with ease. It is followed by a pleasant dining room with a large friendly table for sharing good meals. As an extension, settle into a spacious cozy living room, enhanced by magnificent exposed beams on the ceiling and equipped with a large television for your relaxing evenings.



The highlight of the show is outside: in addition to its magnificent traditional stone facade, the villa has a large private pool with loungers for your sunbathing, a complete garden furniture set and a splendid adjoining garden. The setting is simply magical, offering a clear and unobstructed view of the surrounding nature and trees in the distance.



The night space consists of three independent and spacious bedrooms:



-Room 1 (Very large): One double bed (140x190) and two single beds (90x190), ideal for a family space.
