    We booked three rooms for our Sihanoukville trip, and unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing despite the hotel's great location. Upon entering our rooms, we immediately found cockroaches in the bathroom, on the bed, and near the door. Some rooms also lacked enough towels and drinking water, and the shower heaters were not working. The bathrooms smelled of cigarette smoke, and we could not properly use the TVs because they were set to Chinese by default. The breakfast experience was also frustrating. Our booking included breakfast, but during the first morning's buffet, there was already not enough food by 8:00 AM. The food was refilled very slowly, so we had to eat whatever was left. We eventually decided to have coffee and eat more outside the hotel. On the second morning, breakfast was no longer served as a buffet, and the service was extremely slow. We spent two hours or more waiting to finish our breakfast. The hotel's recreational facilities, including the billiard room and table tennis, were also inaccessible, which was another disappointment. The check-out process was stressful as well because the receptionist thought I had not returned all the key cards, adding unnecessary hassle to our departure. To be fair, the hotel's location was excellent, and the food tasted good. However, the cleanliness issues, poor room maintenance, inconsistent breakfast arrangements, inaccessible facilities, and slow service greatly affected our stay. I believe the hotel needs to improve its housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast arrangements. Adding more staff, especially during breakfast hours, could help provide faster and better service. The hotel should also ensure that advertised facilities are accessible to guests and that basic room amenities are properly prepared. With such a great location, the hotel has potential, but the overall guest experience needs significant improvement. Unfortunately, we left feeling disappointed and expected much more for what we paid.

    Overalls are good. However, the bathroom's door cant be locked. It is not convenient to use as someone might open the door. Moreover, I don't like the transparent bathroom wall which is closed to the bed. Other guesses can see us having shower clearly.

    For room is clean but breakfast is very very poor. At 8:00am some of foods are nothing without refill or add more. Staff only 5 or 6person(waiter and chef) for serve at Breakfast.
