    Pool service including reception, not clean, bed and pillow are not comfortable sleep, smell cigarettes, our room is family room and hotel is providing a key only. The request one more key but they’re not allowed. This key is for using room and using elevator too. It’s very hard for group members or family stay.

    The room in picture and outside are different. Room space is small than, not clear, smell cigarettes, service are poor including reception. The room is providing a key even we book family room. Bed and pillow are not comfortable sleep. This hotel will not in our plane for future trip.

    We checked in around 8:00 PM, only to be surprised that the room didn’t have a refrigerator. That was a major disappointment, especially since I was traveling with my kids and had items that needed to be kept cold. Another letdown was the reception lobby. It was incredibly hot during both check-in and check-out. When we checked out around noon, the air conditioning still wasn’t turned on, making the lobby feel uncomfortably warm. Overall, these may seem like small details, but they made our stay much less comfortable than expected.
