    Gross. The pictures do not reflect how the rooms in this hotel actually are. So much mould in the room, it was disgusting. The bathroom was foul and the basin was so horrendous brushing your teeth in there probably would have given you some sort of disease. We should have known when we got there to check in that it was going to be bad. There was mould on the wall in Reception and the couch we sat on while waiting to check in stunk, we couldn't even sit on it the smell was overwhelmingly bad. Get in the lift and you could smell the mould in there. Go into the room and it's the first thing you notice, mould everywhere. This place is a health hazard. How they would think this is even presentable for someone to stay in is beyond me. And the price they're charging for this monstrosity is a joke. The beds felt like concrete. We were only booked for one night but there was not a chance we were going to stay in Mould Central sleeping on what felt like bricks. I wouldn't even lay on the bed considering how dirty the room was, who knows how gross the mattress and sheets were. I wasn't game to touch them to check. We walked down the street, about 300 metres and booked a beautiful CLEAN hotel for the same price as this hole. We checked in and out of Naiya within the hour. The guy in Reception was lovely, I feel sorry for him having to work here.

    The staff were very nice and helpful. Especially the two staff on the desk in the evening who changed our room when requested because their restaurant had a party which was extremely loud with music and singing. Hotel is very clean. However, it doesn’t look like the photos on Agoda. Location-wise there isnt much around. Fine for one night.
