>Neighbourhood & Quiet Hours: Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Our home sits in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood, so please remain respectful of our neighbours.
>No events, parties, or large gatherings
>Parking Regulations: You can park a maximum of 2 cars in the driveway and 2 cars in the garage. No street parking or overnight trailers are permitted due to strictly enforced city regulations.
>Strict No-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A $250 fee applies if smoking is detected to cover professional deep cleaning, air purification, and odor removal.
>Trash & Recycling: Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday. Please bag trash securely to keep wildlife away, close the bin lids, and roll bins to the curb the night before
>Pet Policy: Up to 2 house-trained pets are welcome! Please include them in your reservation, clean up after them inside and out, and avoid leaving them unattended indoors for long periods.
>Safety Reminders: Never leave the BBQ grill unattended. No open flames (candles or fire-pits) are allowed.
