The property is suitable for 6-8 people and is located in the village of La Mata, just 5 km from Torrevieja and 40 km from Alicante. The beautiful sandy beach is just 200 metres away. The holiday home is located on the second floor and offers a fully equipped kitchen, TV, iron, hairdryer, bed linen and towels. From the shared roof terrace on the top floor, where there is a brick barbecue and even an outdoor shower, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. This is the perfect place for a family holiday. There are many restaurants and a grocery shop nearby. La Mata is a popular holiday resort with good infrastructure. For those who like to relax by the sea, we recommend the 2.5 km long beach, which turns into a nature park full of dunes and hiking trails. Just 2 km away is the Molino del Agua Park with its water cascades and pine forest. For nature lovers, a walk or bike ride to Las Lagunas National Park is recommended for bird watching and relaxation. There are also many cycle routes nearby. Equally popular is the pink salt lake in Torrevieja, just 7 km from the flat. The water is effective against skin diseases, inflammation and also has a relaxing effect. Flamingos are most often seen in this reserve. For active leisure enthusiasts, we also recommend: go-karting, Aquapolis Water Park, sailing, wakeboarding, flyboarding, surfing, stand-up paddling and canoeing - all attractions located up to 5 km from the flat.
