De ligging van het appartement is prima met een fijn balkon en het was schoon. Dichtbij de zee en onder het gebouw is een parkeergarage. Er zijn restaurants in de buurt.
Het enige wat niet schoon was, was de douchecabine (de badkamer wel) en deze is ook vrij klein.

El apartamento genial, tiene 2 habitaciones y 2 baños, me gustó que tenia 2 sillas para ir a la playa y sombrillas y unas máscaras para buceo, que nos vinieron bien para las calas que hay muy cerca. Vimos peces. La zona esta genial. Super cerca de la playa, hay restaurantes, tiendas... Cuesta mucho aparcar porque hay mucha gente, por lo que súper positivo la plaza de aparcamiento que incluye el apartamento. Tambien muy cerca de las lagunas...Todo mejor de lo que esperaba

Good equipment in the kitchen
The black mildew around the shower trays, the disgustingly dirty areas around the toilet seat, and the en suite shower was unusable due to the handset not staying in the upright position, and the shower head pole was very rusty.
There were no fire regulation procedures, which we felt should be mandatory in this day and age.
Noisy neighbours, buts that’s not a fault of the property, just the location
