מיקום טוב מאוד על כביש שקט שקרוב לכמה מסעדות ולחוף ולתחנות אוטובוס יש בדירה מזגנים טובים וטלויזיה ומכונת כביסה ומקומות אחסון טובים ההפעלה של המזגנים הייתה פשוטה למרות שהשלטים של המזגן לא עובדים המטבחון נחמד יש מיקרוגל ומכונת כביסה ומקרר ובסדר גמור בסה"כ רוצה לציין שבכל מקרה השירות היה טוב מאוד
כדי לקבל קוד של קופסת מפתחות לבית צריך להפקיד 200 יורו פקדון ולמלא שאלון(מיותר) , האינטרנט אלחוטי היה גרוע מאוד ונאלצתי להוציא חשמל ולהחזיר מהראוטר כפי שאמרו לי לעשות בהתחלה עזר אבל בהמשך כבר לא ונאלצתי להשתמש בחבילה שיש לי בסלולאר כדי לצפות בטלויזיה, המקלח יד שיש במקלחת מעצבן אחד הקטנים שנתקלתי בהם (במקלח יד של grohe עדיפים וחסכוניים במים)
