Sensational City Views and Best South Bank Location!

Great location and lovely sunrise in the bedroom.

It was painful dealing with Bedspoke - from the multiple messages asking us if I agreed to their house rules just before we arrived to the now 6 or 7 emails asking for a tax invoice which shows GST. We have been travelling for a month and we use booking.com all the time, and every other property can easily provide us with a tax invoice for our work expenses. But its all too hard for this property agent. Still haven't got a correct tax invoice out of them. How hard is it - seriously. To book, they require you to do facial recognition app and they keep the data for 3 years. Insane over-reach - again not asked of any other property on this trip. The property is ok BUT the lounge stinks as does the quilt. And the apartment is full of ikea and kmart type furniture but its all old and needs replacing. The lounge has to be one of the most uncomfortable Ive ever sat on. Location was great. We wouldnt book this accommodation again tbh and I'll do my best to avoid anything managed by Bedspoke - it just adds a really painful additional layer that we have not experienced booking any other properties.
