Perfect Location, lovely view and very comfortable and secure. Everything you need in ST.Kilda, within walking distance and public transport right in front that will take you right into the City. Couldn't ask for more.

Could have been more complimentary supplies such as a better stock of coffee, sugar and a small milk, as with other similar places we've stayed in the area, but that's easily fixed and definitely not a deal breaker. Also no live TV, which if possible would be a good touch.

Location was perfect for access to trams and the city. Wonderful views. A great location.

Door to outside damaged. Bathroom 2 sink clogged - drains slowly. Damage to trim on kitchen floor. Windows in bathroom 2 and bedroom 2 need some CRC or grease. Car parking location not immediately obvious, could have more signage inside the house to show where to park. Free parking, but I got a $105 ticket on the first night at 9:34pm as I assumed the sign said until MIDday, but nope it is MID (followers tiny writing) night. Also ended up parking in front of a neighbour’s garage for a few days, until I reread my paperwork. I had no indication about the PROXIMITY to the venues next door and was unable to sleep properly for 3 nights straight due to loud music coming from private functions next door. The contact person was helpful when I was looking to find lock box on arrival, instructions needed more detail, but I found it obscured by bush after grabbing a coffee. Local corner shop that has been open 47 years was friendly and helpful. Coffee and hot chocolate around the corner was great. Leo’s was a lovely restaurant.
