Bauer Guesthouse

Insanely clean. Like, impeccable. Really good location, walking distance to basically everything. Had a grocery store nearby. Host was SUPER responsive. I showed up at midnight on a weekday and he greeted me at the door. Building was pretty quiet save for a few normal pipe sounds. Great sunlight in the room. Good water pressure. Looks exactly like pictures.

Not a deal breaker but would have been cool to have some cutlery, plates, etc to eat grocery store bought stuff if needed.

When we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly Arthur who took some time to show us to our room and gave us all the necessary information. The room itself was clean and met all basic needs. There's a small fridge to store cold drinks and there was an adjoining bathroom with a toilet and shower. The guesthouse is located in a fairly quiet neighborhood and there are all sorts of commodities nearby.
