    When we arrived, they said they could not find our booking (probably b/c we only paid *** for 2 nights stay on Agoda in a double room with two queen-sized rooms). After about an hour's wait, they eventually found a room for us. The beds were rock hard! Still, as we didn't want to complain as it was such good value, we just asked for some extra duvets to soften the hard beds. The staff were generally helpful and accommodating, even when the booking went mysterious missing on arrival. So, overall, we cannot complain and the room was clean with helpful staff. It was certainly much nicer than the last placed we stayed called the *** which had cockroaches in our room!!! Overall, we were pleased with the end result.
