    আমার জীবনের অন্যতম নিকৃষ্টতম অভিজ্ঞতা। প্রথমত, আগোডা (Agoda) অ্যাপে বুকিং করার সময় স্পষ্ট লেখা ছিল যে রুমে এসি (AC) এবং ব্রেকফাস্ট অন্তর্ভুক্ত আছে। কিন্তু হোটেলে যাওয়ার পর তারা সম্পূর্ণ অস্বীকার করে এবং অজুহাত দেয় যে আমি নাকি 'বাজেট রুম' বুকিং করেছি, তাই এসি বা ব্রেকফাস্ট কিছুই পাবো না! এটি সরাসরি গ্রাহকদের সাথে প্রতারণা।দ্বিতীয়ত, তারা ভাড়ার ক্ষেত্রেও চরম দুই নম্বরি করে। আগোডা-তে যদি হোটেলের ভাড়া বাংলাদেশি টাকায় ৪,০০০ টাকা দেখায়, তাদের ওখানে যাওয়ার পর তারা দাবি করে ৪,২০০ টাকা! তাদের অজুহাত—তারা ডলারের রেট ১২৫ টাকা বা তার বেশি ধরে হিসাব করবে। বুকিংয়ের বাইরে এই অতিরিক্ত টাকা দাবি করা সম্পূর্ণ বেআইনি।রুমের অবস্থাও ভয়াবহ। প্রত্যেকটা ফার্নিচার ভাঙা ও পুরোনো। কাপড়ের আলমারির (Wardrobe) দরজাও ঠিকমতো লাগে না। ওয়াশরুমের অবস্থা অত্যন্ত নোংরা এবং করুণ, যেখানে গরম পানির কোনো ব্যবস্থাই নেই। থাকার জন্য এটি একদম ফালতু একটি হোটেল। এর চেয়ে পুরান পল্টনের যেকোনো সাধারণ বা নিম্নমানের হোটেলও অনেক ভালো ও উন্নত সেবা দেয়। এখানে টাকা দেওয়া মানেই সম্পূর্ণ অপচয়। ভুলেও কেউ এখানে আসবেন না! This was the absolute worst stay of my life. First of all, when booking through Agoda, it was clearly mentioned that AC and breakfast were included. However, upon arrival, the hotel staff made ridiculous excuses, claiming that since it was a "budget room," I wouldn't get AC or breakfast. This is direct false advertising!Secondly, they run a scam with the pricing. If Agoda shows the room rent as 4,000 BDT, they demand 4,200 BDT at the counter. Their excuse is that they calculate the USD exchange rate at an inflated 125 BDT or more. Demanding extra money on top of the confirmed booking rate is totally illegal.The room itself was in a terrible condition. Every single piece of furniture was broken and worn out. The wardrobe door wouldn't even close. The washroom was in a horrific, unhygienic state, and there was no hot water at all. It is a completely useless hotel. Even the lowest-standard hotels in the Purana Paltan area are way better than this nightmare. Do not waste your money here!
