Perfect for extended stays or weekend getaways, you’ll be just steps from top-rated restaurants, bars, boutique shops, and iconic Washington Square Park. Plus, we’re dog-friendly — bring your furry companion along for the adventure!
The Space:
Escape the energy of 6th Avenue and step into your private city sanctuary, occupying the top two floors of a charming walk-up building.
Lower Level: Sleeping Quarters & Baths
• Primary Bedroom: Features a queen memory foam mattress, organic hemp and sateen sheet options, and a spacious walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom includes a full tub/shower combo, plenty of counter space, and cabinet storage.
• Second Bedroom: Another queen memory foam bed with organic sheets for restful sleep.
• Third Bedroom/Office: Full-size bed and dedicated work area, ideal for business travelers or extra guests.
• Second Bathroom: Walk-in shower
In-unit washer/dryer for ultimate convenience.
Upper Level: Living, Dining & Kitchen
• A wall of windows floods the space with natural light and offers views of 6th Avenue.
