We loved our stay at this apartment. Safe and secure, great location with great food and live music and subways nearby. The apartment is light filled, nicely decorated, great kitchen, two bathrooms and comfortable beds. Multiple aircons worked well in summer. Enabled our family to spend quality time together. Thank you to our responsive hosts who answered any questions quickly.
Some more kitchen glasses, a new toaster and can opener. Small things.

The property was very nice and was located on the two floors above a restaurant. A rare find in New York where it seems most properties are tower blocks. It had its own private entrance. There was no noise at all from the restaurant below. The person we contacted about the property was very quick to send somebody to sort out a few issues we raised. Eg, they promptly bought a new travel cot (aka pack and play in the US) when we told them we couldn’t find the mattress for the one in the apartment.
Ideally the property should have been checked prior to arrival to ensure there were no issues that needed sorting. An instruction book for the microwave would have been really helpful, maybe because it was very different to any we’d used in the UK. And we needed to climb on a chair to read the display.
