About this apartment rental
Luxuriously furnished apartment of 93m2 with three bedrooms located on the ground floor.
The apartment has a private swimming pool with shower, barbecue, three private parking spaces, separate entrance to the apartment and is fully covered with free wireless internet.
It consists of an open living room with dining room and kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, hallway and storage room with a laundry room.
Air conditioners are located in all rooms.
In the living room there is a flat TV with satellite receiver.
The kitchen is equipped with: microwave oven, dishwasher, sink, induction cooker, fridge with freezer, suction hood, washing machine, electric kettle, el. coffee maker and all necessary utensils.
Two bedrooms have a 160×200 cm double bed, and one room has two separate beds of 90 x 200 cm. Sheets and towels are included in the price.
The bathroom consists of a large sink, toilet and shower, while the toilet is separate and consists of a sink and a small wash basin.
The surface area is 300 m2, of which 30 m2 is covered terrace.
The terrace has a large dining table with chairs, 2 armchairs and 4 deck chairs.
Guests have at their disposal: a safe, a washing machine, iron with ironing board, a cot, a children’s chair, a hairdryer, a vacuum cleaner, a toaster, a mop and a box of first aid.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
