It consists of an open living room with dining area and kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, hallway and storage room with a laundry room.

In the living room there is a flat TV with satellite receiver.
The kitchen has: oven with microwave, dishwasher, sink, induction cooker, refrigerator with freezer, suction hood, electric kettle, el. coffee maker and all necessary dishes.
Two bedrooms have a double bed measuring 160 × 200 cm, and one room has two separate beds measuring 90 × 200 cm.
Sheets and towels are included in the price.
The bathroom consists of a large washbasin, toilet bowl and shower, while the toilet is separated and consists of a toilet bowl and a small washbasin.
The surface of the environment is 100 m2, of which 30 m2 are covered terrace.
The terrace has a large table for dining with chairs, 2 armchairs and 4 deckchairs.
