• PARKING: Limited to 3 vehicles in the parking area directly in front of the unit. (There may be fewer spaces when snow conditions exist).
• DISCLOSURES: Must climb stairs.
*Wildlife in area. It is possible to have bears, coyotes, raccoons on property and at times, mice or even bats found in homes in the area.
• HOA: The property is a part of the Homeowner's Association (HOA). The HOA does have additional rules and regulations that must be followed during your stay.
